Cancellation Period and Refund
More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund of the booking amount, less a 3% transaction fee.
Between 14 days and 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the booking amount, less a 3% transaction fee.
Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund will be issued.
Additional Terms
Transaction Fee: 3% of the original booking amount will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed and transferred to your original payment account within 5-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date or for no-shows.
