ÖÖD Site Financing Program

Invest in ÖÖD Mirror Houses all around the world and earn a share of the income they generate.

  • A proven business model with more than 15 sites and 50 houses financed and successfully in operation

  • Full alignment between 1. Lenders, 2. ÖÖD and 3. ÖÖD Team

How it works

  1. ÖÖD is constantly developing new ÖÖD sites together with partners (vineyards, farms, estates) all around the world.
  2. ÖÖD is pooling the houses of 3 – 5 sites, usually 10 houses or more, and puts them into a separate financing entity, ÖÖD Financing, which is part of the ÖÖD Group.
  3. The houses are financed by the lenders of ÖÖD Financing who participate in the ÖÖD Site Financing Program.
  4. The lenders are private individuals and family offices. The ÖÖD team also participates with at least 10% in the financing.
  5. ÖÖD Financing receives 20% of the revenue, net of VAT and booking fees, of all houses in the pool.
  6. The revenue share is paid out monthly. The expected returns are – based on historic performance – 10% to 15%.
  7. The lenders benefit from the ÖÖD Houses as quality collateral and a discounted purchase price of the Mirror Houses for ÖÖD Financing.
  8. The duration of the investment is open ended. There is a minimum term of 3 years and after that a repayment can be requested at a 9 months notice.
  9. The minimum ticket is €25K.
