Support for Companies' Digital Transformation

The main objective of the project is to develop ÖÖD Hotel OÜ's accommodation service platform into a user-friendly and scalable product, thereby eliminating the primary obstacle to the company's rapid growth. Another key objective is the implementation of an ERP system to achieve scalability in internal processes. As a result of the project, several essential processes will be digitalized and automated, addressing the critical bottlenecks identified in the digitalization roadmap. Achieving these objectives will ensure the sustainability of both the project outcomes and the company as a whole.

Support for Digitalisation Roadmap

The project was directly related to the creation of a digitalisation roadmap for ÖÖD Hotel OÜ, with the goal of increasing our awareness of the company's current state of digitalisation, automation, and cybersecurity level. As a result of the project, ÖÖD Hotel OÜ's digital roadmap was completed, serving as the foundation for the company's digital transformation support application.
