Pilguse Residency is based at the historic Pilguse Manor House, which dates back to 1558 and is set in a gorgeous and unique 90 hectares of land. Untouched nature, lakes, and endless coastlines surround the property. We have an excellent kitchen! We like to work with more family sharing style cooking where we
mix in dishes that cover all dietary desires.
From 1 September to 1 May, the restaurant is open from Thursday dinner to Sunday breakfast
Breakfast is served from 08:30 - 11:00
Lunch from 12:00 - 16:00 (picnic can be arranged)
Dinner from 18:00 - 22:00
During weekdays (Sunday-Wednesday) we serve food boxes which can be pre-ordered and delivered to your room.

An extremely beautiful place combined with lovely scenery and surroundings. Designed so beautifully to the smallest detail, for those who appreciate aesthetics and simplicity. A unique experience and great hospitality.
Must say the food was amazing also and served in a way that you experience at any of the restaurants around Estonia.
