I took a random solo trip to the Grand Canyon and stayed here before heading back to Phoenix for my flight out. it's beautiful here. I recommend buying firewood if you plan to cook or hang outdoors in the winter. Very peaceful surroundings, starlight at night and amazing colors at sunrise. You should drive an SUV or truck as the access roads are rustic, which adds to the experience imo. The little space heater does enough to keep you warm even in subfreezing temperatures. it's really a gem. 10/10

Me and my girlfriend were looking for something to getaway from the city life and relax for a few days and this location and place was perfect for us. If it was up to us we’d live there lol. The sunrise and sunset is what we live for and don’t even get me started on the night and stars. I’d highly recommend if you’re trying to decompress and reset from your daily life.
