Our stay at OOD hotel Pound Farm Pond Mirror House was a perfect escape! The tranquil scenery, with wild birds greeting us in the morning, made every moment magical. The cosy accommodations were thoughtfully designed, with fluffy towels, luxurious Bramley products, and a super comfy bed. Breakfast was a standout – farm-fresh and absolutely delicious, especially the homemade bread and jams. Emma and Nick were fantastic hosts , very approachable and making us feel welcome with lovely touches like locally sourced hot chocolate. A peaceful, relaxing retreat we’d highly recommend – thank you, Emma and Nick!
We decided to spend a night away somewhere to escape and relax... This was the perfect place to do so! The location is beautiful, the accomodation is amazing and Emma & Nick were wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome! It was obvious that great care and attention had been put into making our stay a memorable one. We loved being able to sit back and relax with a cold drink, tasty chocolate and some fresh homemade bread and jams that were in the accomodation waiting for us. Can highly recommend! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that made our visit special. The fluffy towels and bathrobes smelled heavenly, and the bed was so cosy – we had the best sleep and loved waking up to the peaceful views of the pond and animals strolling by. The farm-fresh breakfast from Pound Farm was delicious (especially the homemade granola and rhubarb!). The little extras, like Bramley bathroom products, Adnam’s Ghost Ship, and Tosier chocolate, made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the storage space under the bed and the bathroom with nature views and plenty of hooks – such a well-thought-out space!
